Proof, not promises

Curious where you stand? See your own score in thirty seconds.

Real performance data, graded against what couples actually expect. The same lens we’d use before building yours.

In the lab

What we’re building next.

The same studio brain, pointed at the hardest parts of running a wedding business. Quietly in development — our clients get first access.

Day-of Coordinator

In the lab

A wedding-day co-pilot on WhatsApp that keeps the timeline, the team, and the family moving — quietly, in the background.

Mockup

In the lab

Show couples their décor before a single flower is ordered — their vision, visualized in seconds.

Process

From first call to live in weeks, not months.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A thirty-minute call. How you book weddings now, where leads slip, what's eating your time.

  2. 02

    Design

We map the system to your studio and show you the site direction. You pick what feels like you.

  3. 03

    Build

We build in weekly sprints with a live preview link. You see it come together in real time.

  4. 04

    Launch

We migrate your domain, switch on payments and the tools, and you go live — taking deposits from day one.

Who builds this

I’ve sat in the green room at fifty South Asian weddings. I know what your client wants before they ask.

I’m Bhanu — I built BitCarve after watching too many talented vendors lose bookings to faster, dumber sites and drown in admin between weddings. The studio is small on purpose: I take on a handful of vendors I’d hire myself, and refer the rest.

If you’ve been told a website is just a brochure, you haven’t seen what the right system does to a fully-booked season.

Objections, handled

What you’re probably about to ask.

Because no two studios need the same thing. A solo photographer and a 200-cover banquet hall shouldn't buy the same system or pay the same. We scope what you actually need on a thirty-minute call, then quote it — no padded packages, no paying for features you'll never touch.

No. Most vendors start with the cinematic site and payments, then add the front desk or proposals once those are paying for themselves. You grow the system as you grow.

It learns your voice, your pricing logic, and how you talk to couples, then drafts in that voice for you to approve. Nothing goes out without your say-so until you trust it. To a couple, it just feels like you answered fast.

The website and payments are usually live in a few weeks. The AI tools layer on from there. We move in weekly sprints with a preview link, so you always see exactly where things stand.

Websites are where we start, not where we stop. The real work is the system behind it — the front desk that answers inquiries, the proposals that go out in seconds, the payments that collect themselves.

It's most of what we do. We understand Maiyan, Sangeet, Anand Karaj, Nikah — the actual wedding flow, not the surface aesthetics.
